How does pricing work?
All 79 services are fixed price in INR. Add to cart, pay via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, EMI) or Stripe, get a GST invoice in 2 minutes, and we kick off in WhatsApp within 4 hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets like Paytm/PhonePe/Amazon Pay, and EMI on cards) for Indian payments and Stripe for international cards. Both are native Shopify integrations — no third-party gateway plugins.
How long does delivery take?
Each service has a fixed delivery window listed on the product page — from same-day quick fixes (e.g., domain setup, theme customization) to 10–14 days for full Figma to Shopify builds. We deliver on the date promised.
Do I get a GST invoice?
Yes — every order generates a GST-compliant invoice from Thriftizer Solutions LLP, GST registered in Bangalore. Sent to your inbox within 2 minutes of payment.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — if we miss our delivery deadline, you get a refund. If we deliver and you are not happy, we revise until you are. See our Refund Policy for details.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes — NDA is available on request before kickoff. Standard Thriftizer NDA or yours.
Who actually does the work?
Our in-house team in Bangalore, India. Our founder and team are in every WhatsApp project group. We do not outsource client work.
What happens after I pay?
Within 2 minutes: email + GST invoice. Within 4 hours: WhatsApp project group with PM + specialist. Within 24 hours: 30-min onboarding call. Then we deliver on the agreed timeline with a Loom walkthrough at handover.
Do you work with non-Shopify platforms?
We migrate from WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce, Wix, Squarespace, OpenCart, PrestaShop to Shopify. We do not build on those platforms — Shopify only, since 2017.
Can you support international stores?
Yes. We build and manage stores across India, UAE, Saudi Arabia, USA, UK, Canada, and Australia — including multi-currency, multi-language (Arabic RTL), and GCC payment integrations.
